You're 100% right, China is a really big player here! If you include Western Europe, that's more than 50% of all players, which is way more than the previous daily deal!

In 2024 sold 7,001 units and gained 12,003 wishlists. In 2025, it sold 6,968 units and gained 12,043 wishlists.

🎮 Exactly one year ago today, Steam offered me a 24-hour Daily Deal for #CityGameStudio. For context: that's front-page Steam exposure for 24 hours straight.

My goal? 200 concurrent players and ~$10k revenue in a week.
Reality? 600 players and $30k (Steam took their 30% cut) 🤯
