New in Haematologica: Researchers at binderlab.bsky.social report a mutation-specific immunotherapy for high-risk CLL. A bispecific antibody (BiTE) redirects T cells to target IGLV3-21^R110+ leukemia cells—killing malignant cells while sparing healthy B cells.
