The FDA just approved a label change for Depo-Provera, a form of birth control also known as "the shot." The updated label includes a warning about the risk of developing meningioma, a type of tumor that forms in one of the three membrane layers that cover and protect your brain.

The new dietary guidelines with grains at the bottom of the pyramid is a HUGE step in the right direction, correcting mistakes that have been damaging the health of Americans for generations. It's regrettable that RFK & Trump are taking credit.
