Anybody can do mutual aid. You can just decide to do it. You can get a couple people together and decide you're gonna post up somewhere and give people food, or coats, or covid tests, or whatever. You don't have to wait for some leader to tell you how, you can just figure it out as you go.

for full bg painted style etc. it takes me a full year at this point (i have to take a lot of 2-week breaks for my wrists), making good references and doing a lot of pre-planning has helped shorten the time i spend futzing around though

hours-wise about 10-40 hours
