Bro, you can't just say that Algorithm's album was bad as if it was a fact xD Graceful Degradation is quite a solid track for example. Maybe not in terms of industrial metal but as a quality Algorithm track it sure is :D

Thank you so much! I've put quite a lot of effort and iterations to making it right :) I'm glad that you like it!

Thank you! I really appreciate it :)

Thank you! [email protected] is my business e-mail. But I'm not looking for a composer at this point ;) I already have a composer I'm cooperating with for this project. (I assume this is the reason you're asking, looking at your profile ;)

Thank you so much :)

Thank you so much! I was really nervous about it;)

Thank you! Light is meant to be the most valuable resource in this game so I figured I need to get this mood right as early as possible:)

Thanks! I was actuall learning from scratch while developing this game. My main area of expertise has always been programming ;)

Thank you so much! It took a considerable amount of effort and iterations so I'm super happy that you like it :D

Definitely! After the recent feedback I'm almost sure that I'll add the remaining 4 angles :) They seem to be a must have here.

Gamplay is coming real soon ;) I'm trying out a novel development approach: "Feel and Atmosphere first".
I'm primarily a programmer so I feel quite confident about the gameplay part :D Wasn't so sure about the visuals so I decided to prioritize it in this project.

Thank you so much :)

Thank you! I'm very happy that you like it :)

I didn't say that. It's a solid shark ^^ Nobody would confuse it with any other animal ;)
January 13, 2026 at 4:30 PM
Haha, I can relate to that 100%. In my previous game I was so eager to code the gameplay that I did everything with "whatever" and quickly drawn assets. Then, well... they stayed there until the release :D Nothing more permanent than a temporary solution xD

Thank you so much! My intention for this game is actually to get the atmosphere and "feel" of the game right before I invest heavily in gameplay. I'm primarily a programmer so this is the most challenging part for me ;) I'm super happy to hear that it's going in the right direction so far!

Got you! It slowly started to get to me that this is probably what you had in mind :) You know what... I like see this style I'm cooking by an analogy to "Neo Cafe Racer" motorcycles. Sure, they're meant to mimic the old school design but leverage the new technology to get a unique, modern look ;)

Hold on. How is it related to bowler hats in any way? I have a feeling that this requires some association that my non-native brain can't perform :D

Thank you so much:)

I'm having lot of fun for sure :D It's still an early stage of development so my excitement and hype for the project outweighs any difficulties by a ton ;)

Thank you! It's a huuge compliment :) Of course classic isometric games like Diablo II were an inspiration for me to some degree :)

It felt so random and out of nowhere in context of my post... but there's gonna be fishing in my game so I left you a like and a sub :D
