There is so much wisdom and experience out there, you don't need to figure out how to do this alone. But you need to push yourself into the discomfort of these conversations, which is so hard. ❤️

These are so hard to get into, and most of us avoid them like the plague. But done right and tactfully, they end up being so rewarding for everyone involved. I butchered my way through, approaching these convos in the worst ways but I tried anyway and learned. I got help from others and got better.
