I've thought about stopping for one a million times when I've been biking by and have seen the HOT NOW sign on, but on warm days there was no motivation.

But on this cold and windy morning, the glowing sign was like a siren song to warm deliciousness.

Men Are Becoming Less Manly, Scientist Thinks

Men today are not as roughly masculine as they used to be, according to Dr. Edward K. Strong, of Palo Alto, California, noted psychology professor at Stanford University. He set forth this conclusion in an article in the current issue of the Journal of Social Psychology.

The only he-men are engineers and farmers, he stated in an account of a survey of divisions of interest among the sexes.

But if you are a minster, a lawyer, a doctor, a writer or a newspaperman, you have feminine interests, which have become stronger with each generation.

It took me till my 40s to take this seriously, but from age 42 to 48 I lost 80 lbs, and have seen my constant fatigue and back pain almost go away.

I only wish I'd have started doing all this cycling in my 20s or 30s. But there's nothing like the motivation of wanting to be healthy for your kids.

In response, someone else in the discord told me about how the Orioles Bike Cage provides kids' bikes for free. So now she can still ride this fall until the snow arrives.

It's so great so have such a supportive and helpful cycling community in Winnipeg!

The cycling community in Winnipeg is so great. After we had several bikes stolen from our garage this summer, I don't have a mountain bike for my annual fall camping trip this coming weekend, and my commuter bike won't cut it on the gravel roads and single track out where I'll be.

Even if she has had a great life and shows gratitude for it, one of the things I appreciate about her is that she is not just focused on herself.

Even if her life is great, she knows that the lives of many others are not, and she wants to change that.

I was in Vancouver for a week in May, and while biking and walking around every day, one of the things I loved the most was how kid-friendly and family-friendly it was.

So many families with young kids everywhere! It was wonderful.
