Can we have more movies for kids in which the main character’s mother, father, or both parents don’t die at the beginning? I’m speaking as a dad who doesn’t want to talk about death with his daughter EVERY time it happens in a kid movie.

I’m shopping today by myself and it feels great. I haven’t shopped for myself in ages! I love my family, but a little me time before our vacation is just what I needed. Well, that’s not true. I needed clothes too; hence the shopping. 🙂

My awesome neighbor knocked on my door and asked if I had a baking dish for a lasagna he was baking. I gave him one, and an hour and a half later he knocked on my door and gave me homemade lasagna in the baking dish I lent him.
