A quick update from me. Sold my place last week and today put an offer in on my sea change home. I have some work to do on the place to make the outside as lovely as the inside.

Haven’t been around for a while. Let’s see, a separation, sold joint place, soft reno before selling my place, and lots of packing. Leaving the big city behind and moving to sea change house. And I’ve become an empty nester too. So much change in only 3 months.

Nailed my presentation 😁 spoke about the impact of homelessness and intersectionality on my client. Even had 3 classmates in tears. But they have all learned something and might be more mindful and show people dignity and compassion.
