Yes I know thats got nothing to do with what "weigh anchor" means and no I do not care.

Nice color and texture, a bit too chewy and still a bit yeasty. The stuffing got overpowered by salt and yeast tho.

Looking forward to the next attempt with a better proof. I need to give it a go without salting as well, to see if I can make the stuffing work.

Second was a pretzel batch I alkaline dunked while the first was baking. I've got about a quarter of the dough remaining in the fridge, maybe it'll proof better overnight but not sure.

I stuffed two of them with cheese and sauce.

Result: mixed success.

first experiment was a control set and a set with just pizza sauce and cheese.

Result: failure.

Something def went wrong with the proof. Probably because I used a yeast substitution (I accounted for the difference in types, but c'est la vie). A bit doughy and a lot yeasty, and not much rise.
