Metroid Prime 4 Beyond: hoo boy do i have feelings on this. start off i did have fun but I think this was a downgrade from every prime that preceded it. bosses massively outstayed their welcome, the vast emptiness you have to cross repeatedly, the ending. but a bad prime game is still a top 4 prime.

Ghost of Yotei: I really enjoyed the story, but christ was i taken out of so many cutcenes because of lag, stuttering or people just not loading in properly. i think i would have liked this game more if it was optimised properly but looking online it seems like its just a me issue.

expedition 33: absolutely adored, got it day 1 only seeing the inital trailer because I had that much faith in it and loved it from start to finish. the only thing that tarnished my love for it was the gen ai "placeholder" posters they found in the unmatched version
