my biggest gripe is the title. the trilogy in some way had metroid prime in it! there was 1 (one) visible metroid and apparently most bosses had somehow fused with a metroid without explaining it? or did I just miss that completely?

Metroid Prime 4 Beyond: hoo boy do i have feelings on this. start off i did have fun but I think this was a downgrade from every prime that preceded it. bosses massively outstayed their welcome, the vast emptiness you have to cross repeatedly, the ending. but a bad prime game is still a top 4 prime.
