Conferences season hits different as an #ECR. #FOMO is brutal, when you’re not affiliated, you’re stuck watching it all unfold on socials—knowing you’re missing key opportunities. There has to be more support for indep researchers and ECRs outside institutions. They deserve a seat at the table too!
