First 3 seasons, he was being hidden as “low activity”, but now he’s a “chaser” meaning he’s actively guarding off-ball guards
His only positive skills on D are chasing shooters and screen nav, so I think it’s been good deployment

He’s doing what made him special in college, but he also hasn’t addressed his concerns either, especially as a defender/connective passer
Until I see improvement, he’s still regular to me

Unfortunately, he's still not good and an impending FA. Why would any team want to trade any semblance of assets for that?
For the sake of putting out a product to sell to the fanbase, they should keep him (he's also good for the tank)

Defense: 10th in EPA/Play
I'm confused as to why Devito is getting blamed for playing themselves out of a QB (They passed on Nix, McCarthy, and Penix by the way)
The offense was still atrocious under him. The defense won them games
They had to pay the OL because guys like Evan Neal were a bust, they couldn't draft
So even if their decisions were warranted, it's a chain reaction

That’s why I prefer drafting an OT > WR high and I’d pay them first too.
Lower supply means higher demand even though I think an elite OT and an elite WR both benefit an offense

I think Bailey's a better shotmaker tho
