I don’t think you have to be religious or have faith to have demons either you just perceive them/it differently than you would in a religious context. Like seeing it as obstacles harder to overcome that u can’t escape or internal moral struggles ect. It follows even if it is only fear itself

I honestly can’t even fuck with people who do not acknowledge their own darkness… those people feel really alien and foreign to me… especially if you’re my age or older. how did you get this far and not know the answer to some very basic questions… it’s a red flag they don’t know themselves.

NEVER! never open doors in chaos you’re not confident you can close. It’s reckless choose patience & wisdom over desire & impatience, that is the downfall of many of the witchy and pagan persuasion. And some doors left open can harm many people not just an individual or the openers..work in wisdom

if 1 is gonna play with the dark forces, better know yourself & be confident in that. places like fear/anger/resentment/impatience? not the best for casting. If u choose to dabble in the dark abyss of chaos? you best know yourself and be grounded or it can/will devour and probably not just you..

I blame Hollywood which needs loopholes 4 curses 4 good story, but the truth is some curses are so justified There is no return to sender option/loophole to opt out short of self sacrifice in an exchange. To me even evil has a time/place tho should always be tapped into respectfully w/clarity.

knowing both aspects of yourself is a kind of power that money cannot buy. The sad thing is some ppl will go their entire life & never take the time to truly understand themselves perhaps they fear the knowledge, or think the knowing will taint them but acknowledgment is not the same as embracing.

The best any of us can hope for is to at least understand our dark sides, even if we reject them, because if you don’t take the time to understand that side of yourself, it’ll haunt you for the rest of your life.. that feeling of never really knowing what you’re capable of..

I think that’s where that whole concept comes from the fact that things like revenge are double edge blades makes them more dangerous.. but not unnecessary. Humanity it seems has an unhealthy obsession with trying to separate evil from the good but by their nature that is impossible.

The return to sender concept is made void in my opinion bc life isn’t always treasure chest full of rainbows it’s complicated and so are people.. revenge is even more complicated it is certainly a double edged blade revenge can heal, but it can most certainly harm in reckless hands if unjustified.

The belief that one’s faith or moral compass or any number of other things sets them a place above anyone who would wish revenge but the reality is, we’re all capable of terrible things. The difference is not everybody chooses to act on those feelings to inflict violence on others.

As a woman of the pagan persuasion, I believe there are a circumstances in human life, which revenge is not only called for but justified & necessary… society has a very unhealthy relationship with revenge mainly because a lot of people do not understand or deny it in a vain attempted at purity

crimes that could be done to a person, in which the laws of men have no power/fail… like how the statute of limitations protects predators… there are some crimes so awful even the gods weep, legal systems fail but there are different kinds of justice, and I believe in revenge in the right context.

It’s just like all of the fears I have left to work on aren’t really practical for the means in which I live… but if I ever come into some money like that maybe…
