I am a fan of yarnsub.com where anyone can look up more affordable options than the recommended high end yarn with same or close to same fiber content, drape and of course gauge. There are a lot of suggested yarns that are beyond most knitters reach.

🧶I’m not a paid promoter for Temu, I’m just a knitting accessory addict. I’m all for buying local to support a small business. But buying something from Etsy when the identical item cost half as much is really silly. The only issue is the shipping time, but getting four mesh bags is worth the wait.
