Astrie picks at/peels off her scales. She knows it's unhealthy and it hurts to do but she does it anyway because it gets her mind off of things so she can focus better.
Estelle on the other hand prefers to knit, if possible. I'd argue that's fairly healthy

Currently I'm playing Monster Hunter Rise, Infinity Nikki, Elden Ring and just got into Where Winds Meet.
But I've played/play a lot of different games. XIV is just the first Final Fantasy game I played and one of the only lol.

None of mine are close to the strongest on the planet. Victory against insurmountable/godlike forces come not from any of the in game power ups (I ignore those save for temp ones like Hydaelyn helping against Laha) but from team work. It isn't one hero but several working together.
