I think we have taken that turn. Accepted norms have been laughed at and we are at a point where arbitrary power has more authority than the rule of law. The Supreme Court has acquiesced in this transition with its role not being preservation of the Constitution, but condoning its destruction.

Trump: Everything we're doing is very lawful and what they're doing is not lawful.

And what the governor and mayor, as an example, you can say of Portland and certainly of Chicago, it's not lawful what they're doing. They have to be very careful.
