Wish I didn't feel so low/robotic on New Years right now. Only one hour left and I'm practically dissociated 😕 ......I just hope 2026 is a better year for me, somehow. Depression seemed to be at the forefront this year. I never know whether it's my cycle causing it or anxiety. 🤷🏻♀️
