Legal stuff. Wind farms. Biotech. Sometimes agriculture.
In this article is a picture of Starmer looking awkward pulling a pint. I know it's a photo op, but why do it wearing a suit?
Actually this rant isn't about pubs. It's politicians and suits. I fucking hate suits and their daft impracticality, which is only accentuated if behind a bar.

Yes. I can see it from my house.

I was up on Teesside recently, around the bare bones of Industry, and I think I'd have made a great Titan Of The Boardroom.

We already can guess the type who heckled, can't we? I bet he's already back home fulminating about how it was his duty, as set out in the Book of Deuteronomy, Beryl.

So York station has new signage with little man signing. Overheard someone (man of certain age, presumably Reform) call it "Diversity gone mad".

What a plank.

Today I am mostly working in an office underneath a large velux window. I'm going to make a workplace injuries claim for tinnitus.

I live close to this village and think of this every time I pass by.

Number 9: Dirty Dancing

How can a film so good have such an incongruously crap title?
January 24, 2026 at 9:19 PM
I sold a 230E last summer. Miss it already.

Number 8: Hamnet

A couple of hours of close ups of Jessie Buckley's face. I'm fine with that.

I long for a west midlands with no cars.

Number 7: 28 Days Later

Ok, so the non-zomblies run. That's pretty much the only update from standard zombie.
January 24, 2026 at 7:39 PM
Friday night? Multiplex? What could I be watching that is so popular?!
January 23, 2026 at 7:33 PM
Population curve looks dire - but really it is not hugely different to anyone else's. However, it certainly isn't enough to maintain the swagger.
Note how the drop in birth rate in the 90s is a much larger impact than even the WWII dent at the top of the chart.
Birth rate shortfall > war.

Just YouTube publishing AI generated content of Kuenssberg interviewing Starmer, who goes on to offer "cast iron personal guarantees of returns on investments of just £200" for their scammy website.
