Everyone who is crowing about "interest rates" and "cost of materials" can miss me. San Francisco makes it uniquely difficult to build homes, especially multi-family homes relative to everywhere else in the nation.

If you don’t like the fact that home builders are taking advantage of state laws instead of your barely usable “local alternative program” then maybe you should actually design a program that will be attractive and functional, as opposed to the everything bagel nonsense we have now
