Yep - I totally understand. I think if I was treated poorly for most of HS I wouldn't be going back either. Hell, there were only 75-100 people out of our class of 500 that came to the 30th, so you're in the majority :)

I went to mine but I also relished in the fact that I was overachieving based on what they expected me to be in HS - but also because it was during my funemployment so when people asked me what I did for a living, I said Twitch Streamer, which got exactly the reactions I was hoping for. Fun for me.

We're used to it. Many of the halftime shows I marched in college was featuring music from before I was born because that's what resonated with the alums.
