A bunch of really good people who have worked a long time for the Nationals - two decades, in a few cases - lost their jobs today. It's an inevitable, maybe necessary, byproduct of the kind of major front-office change they made. But your heart still aches for those let go.

Daylen Lile was named National League Player AND Rookie of the Month for September. He led the NL in OPS, slugging percentage, batting average and triples.
