Hope you're okay. I've heard astrologers disagree about this, but I find the nodal reversals to be generally more challenging. The astrologer Nadia Gilchrist from Ruby Slipper Astrology says the nodal reversal can be where the past meets the future, and sometimes that can be good, sometimes painful.

Was listening to Heather Cox Richardson on the implications of the term "plenary authority" that Miller so casually threw out and then abruptly went silent on....It essentially frames the president as a dictator. This is so clearly an illustration of Mercury in a Mars sign square Pluto:

Addendum: I meant to say that the quote marks around delineations to do with Mercury-Mars-Pluto come from Renn Bulter's excellent book, The Archetypal Universe.

If you don't already have this book in your library, I highly recommend it for a possible future purchase. It's indispensable, imo.

I think the end of this month will be big as Mercury enters the Sibley 1H and Mars squares the Sibley Moon. (I also see tr Venus trining the Sibley chart's Mars.)

The last pieces to consider is that profecting from the Asc, the US is in a Virgo 10H profection year, so Mercury is the Timelord. And profecting from the sect-light & Lot of Fortune puts Aries--hence Mars--in the spotlight.

Saturn can also speak to rule of law & justice, and high judicial posts....What stands out here for me (this is all my own opinion, btw) is how Miller came out and attacked a Trump-appointed judge who recently ruled against the administration's efforts

even as the actual meanings of what he is quoting are being subverted by any objective view (see HCR Politics Chat, October 7, 2025)--this speaks to Venus in fall, imo.

And the tr Sun conjunct natal Saturn could be delineated as the state shining a light on further restriction.

Tr Venus conjunct natal Neptune in the Whole Sign 10H can speak to an attempt to relate (Venus) to the glamour (Neptune) of the state (10H)...Sepcifically, notice how Miller is quoting all the legalese (Virgo= detail) to sound knowledgeable & confident--

Furthermore, a quick look at the transits to the Sibley USA chart is fascinating. Tr Jupiter on natal Mercury Rx is the blurting out or airing of thoughts that are supposedly 'protective' (Cancer) of the state (but actually protective of elite wealth/8H)...

Mercury under Mars' influence can speak to rash words and "speaking without thinking."

Mercury-Pluto contact can speak to mental fixation, "extreme or fanatical" thinking and "tendencies to mental domination", the "breakdown of old philosophical models, or certainties."

Love this take and it's so interesting 'cos the Hellenistic Lot of Authority is measuring Mars to the Sun and casting that out from the Asc (reverse for night charts), so it would seem there is some overlap there 👀
