I've stopped apologising to people now, I hate the sound of my own voice just knowing I'm not sure I will stop. I don't like disappointing everyone I love, Im going to give it my all tomorrow, I know I can do this I just need to break thru 🙏

I've been drinking lots of Pepsi max, I think the caffeine keeps me going but I'm going to switch to something more healthy like flavoured water. Last sobriety stint I did I was hooked on Kombucha but my tinny disagreed 🙂

It truly is, it's almost like a dream remembering I was sober for 2 years. Thank you for your kind messages I truly appreciate the support. I have done this before and I know I can do it again.
