this was the perfect idea for a debut film for mark. the game works perfectly for a small budget film. while some later scenes and the backstory were sometimes hard to follow, it‘s still a good time. for a horror movie it was neat. for a youtuber movie tho, nothing else comes close.

very adorable and comedic. i don’t think it’s as deep or dark as some people make it out to be. but at times it’s very relatable and realistic for a world occupying sanrio-esque and fantasy creatures. overall it’s just a simple silly manga that’s at times very heartwarming.

PAPER MARIO (N64):
what a charming first game in this series! it felt like a rather standard mario adventure compared to games like SMRPG and MLSS, but it’s got me real excited to play TTYD soon. i loved the characters and partners. not every chapter was a total hit but most of them were.
