Mario Kart: Double Dash contains a bizarre "eternal European pain" glitch whereby being burned when entering a pipe will cause the character to remain in pain indefinitely, but only in the European version.

since it’s been a while since i’ve posted - i‘ve been experimenting with RPGMaker 2003 before i work on party wizards and i’ll be trying my hand at a shorter game first.

Some real nasty bills have hit me and I find myself short a couple hundred to see me through next paycheck. Opening five commission slots, payable via PayPal. A full character render will not exceed $80, other stuff negotiable. Can do characters, robots, whatever the hell.

This wouldn't just ban federal funds from directly funding gender-affirming care, it would be an effective ban on ANY facility that receives ANY federal funding for ANY reason from providing gender-affirming care.
It's a de-facto ban.

NEWS: House Appropriations Committee Republicans released their spending bill for Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies. The legislation would prohibit taxpayer dollars for any type of gender-affirming care for transgender people. This would include programs like Medicaid
