The murder of Charlie Kirk was criminal, wrong, and should be condemned.

And Charlie Kirk was a horrible, hateful man who spent his life radicalizing young people to embrace their worst demons by targeting women, people of color, immigrants, and the marginalized.

I refuse to sanitize him.

Every Republican who voted today to rip health care from 17 million Americans, jack up energy costs, close hospitals, screw over seniors, and send kids to school hungry—did it for one thing:
PERMANENT tax cuts for billionaire donors who already have too damn much.

Happy 4th of July, assholes.

I feel like the white flight to the suburbs happened in every city but it hits so hard in these cities that are just surrounded by farmland. Go live in the city you claim.

Looking at houses in the Midwest is so confusing. So many beautiful homes in downtown-adjacent neighborhoods that were just left to rot. Suburbs of the suburbs are in great shape though 😔

Unthinkable just 10 years ago:

Almost 3/4 of the EU’s electricity in 2024 was from renewable energy sources and nuclear.

Gas and coal electricity generation is at record low levels.
