Make your calls. Go to your town halls. Ask your state and local officials what they are doing under state and local law. Rest. Hydrate. Make soup for the hungry. Don’t let people tell you that you’re doing it wrong. Not a sprint. Not a marathon. A relay. Find your team. Thank you.

Check the holdings of your retirement plans and tell them to divest from companies like Tesla, Meta, Amazon and others whose business models require harm to civilization and the planet for success. Make investing about what matters for a successful society, not short-term profit.

Don’t forget about investments. Check your holdings and sell companies seeking to benefit from the fall of American democracy or extractive & exploitative practices directly contributing to the destruction of our planet. Find companies working on solutions to the climate crisis.

What is the thing they’ve done most recently that’s got you fired up? What are you reps and senators saying about it? On the local, state, and federal levels? Are you following them on social media? Let them know how you feel. Let them know you will have their backs if they have yours.
