This winter has been unusually warm so we still get crowds of robins in our birdbath!

I lost some lovely long-time plants including a massive gorgeous Olympiad rosebush to voles over last winter. I didn't realize the extent of the damage til last spring. My garden taught to enjoy what you have while you have it. Go ahead and cut vasefulls of roses and peonies. Nothing lasts forever.
