No, Speaker Johnson: The No Kings Rally on October 18 is not a “hate America” rally. Quite the contrary. It’s a rally of millions of people who believe in American freedom and are not going to allow you and President Trump to turn us into an authoritarian country.

Never would I ever have imagined that we in the USA would see our democracy imperiled by a bunch of lying thieving bigots running the government. I'm an old lady but I will be there to peacefully protest on October 18 even if the whole military shows up to try and stop us.

Kristi Noem's goons raided a car wash in August and shattered a guy's leg. They then held him in custody under 24/7 supervision in a California hospital, hiding him using various fake names. They interrogated him but did not charge him. It took a judge's order to make ICE let him go.
