The trump administration knows something the Dems won’t listen to. Stymieing behavior is enough to slow it or stop it. Taking your phone and paperwork, making you beg for it back is a pain in the ass. Do the same to ICE. Whether it’s legal or not arrest, strip them and keep their stuff as evidence.
