I'm writing something longer about it, but I just need to exhale this about #ADHD:
For me, it took 4 years waiting, 2 long interviews and 2 "board decisions" before I was even considered to be worthy of meeting with a psychiatrist to *see about a diagnosis*.
For others, longer.

I've decided to try using Reeder on my Mac and iPhone to focus what I read/watch online. I have always been a lover of RSS, and having control over where my attention goes online, but it's easy to let that slip and time go by.
