Florida's problem is not it's location on the map, it's the people who saw that location and decided to pollute it with their presence. Some photos that capture those silly suburban gated communities but this walk was after finding out about a death in the family.

Not sure what to restock with, but before I left the raspberry syrup got 86'd and the Blueberry-sage is almost toast. The cucumber-mint cordial won't last long.

Zero edits, pretty fun random playlist for 35 minutes today. My fasted runs tend to be about 10-15 seconds slower per mile, which is good to know.

What an unbelievable way to open an album. The word "history" accidentally invoked an ear worm from Jawbox's "Mirrorful" and I had to listen to it so it didn't get stuck in my head.
