nms is known for this bug and I guess it has been a year since people have been facing it but they just won't fix it. The problem is surely not linux exclusive.

I used to think that but I ended up having better performance than windows in many windows exclusive games. Modern (2023,24) games can still be a bit tricky but for most games it is the same performance if not better.

If it's a smaller software and a recent one, wine can run it just fine otherwise I would suggest..*drum roll* virtual machines. You can have control over your PC as well as run your windows software in a sandboxed environment. It's the best of both worlds.

yeah, it will still take quite some years for Linux to be supported by all the major Engineering / Creative Companies and that won't happen until there is a set standard for linux distros, which we linux peeps don't have.
