Now I'm going to change my dressing on a wound on the bottom of my toe, in a place I can barely see, and try to assess its condition with limited medical experience.

"A doctor who treats themself has an idiot for a patient." What does that say when you have to treat yourself without an M.D.?

When I hear a politician or pharma ad claim "America has the best healthcare in the world," I laugh. Then cry.

America has the best healthcare RESEARCH in the world...maybe. The healthcare quality itself is substandard for developed countries. The Insurance/Hospital/Pharma structure doesn't work.

Granted, the rest of the Harvard alums must give them a heck of a hard time...

So they've moved on from calling Harvard anti-semitic to implying that Harvard graduates are LGBTQ+? Trying out ideas to see which one makes the heartland hate Harvard the most.

Sure, some Harvard grads are LGBTQ, but that's no big deal. Some Harvard grads work in the Trump administration, too.

Trump wanted to paint Harvard as evil (even while it's one of the largest employers in MA & a leader in numerous areas of research benefiting all people), and anti-semitism was the most convenient label, feeding on an outmoded perception of the Ivy League.

Trump's just pissed he didn't get in.

What?! A U.S. Government agency is still producing useful, informative data products? Amazing! This one implies that global temperatures are actually increasing, too!

Guess that has become pretty hard to deny, hasn't it? Now, if we could all accept human responsibility and act accordingly....
