I wake up each morning, open my phone and brace myself for new horrors. I think about all the other people who have been through this experience before watching their beloved country get dismantled and the things they’ve grown to rely on disappear so easily. I had no idea we were so fragile.

I really want Dems to realize that even though we lost the presidency, millions of us voted against this. Millions of us understood what was coming. Millions of us don’t need to be convinced this is evil. Millions of us are waiting for Dems to take a stand, to fight back, to believe we are here.
