Sorry misread your point. Even if you use the census data, the trend shows 55+ homeownership increasing with 44 and younger decreasing. This will be exacerbated by all the current economic trends, and inevitable AI bubble burst.

So glad we're passing defense spending bills with bipartisan support and 4% increase to military pay, right before we get into an illegal war with Venezuela.
