Genuinely, what makes our case different? Why wouldn't the thing that is tackled across a wide array of culturally, geographicly, politically and socially distinct countries work for ours?
Of course it would have problems, as all large systems do, that doesn't mean it's fantastical.

I genuinely don't understand why anyone would even ever want that tool, unless they're just a vacuous MBA automaton. Like, ideation is the most fun part! Thats when you get to come up with all the cool stuff you'll have to cut for time later lol.

This only applies to sheltered homelessness, not unsheltered, which was incrasing priort to immigration trends.

Sorry misread your point. Even if you use the census data, the trend shows 55+ homeownership increasing with 44 and younger decreasing. This will be exacerbated by all the current economic trends, and inevitable AI bubble burst.

My landlord is a realtor. He said that he's shifted from 80% selling homes, 20% managing properties to the inverse. His job is now 80% managing rentals. I'll believe him, and my own examination of the market that aligns with his assessment, over some cherrypicked industry graph.
