Congress passed the law, the presidential signature has been affixed, the SCOTUS has approved constitutional, now the lawbreaker in chief doesn't want to enforce the law. He is derelict of duty if he does not enforce!!! Tic Tok ban is the law tomorrow, Sunday Jan 19.
