Also what is the Dems plan on affordability to go with the messaging?
January 20, 2026 at 3:07 PM
Mamdani talks about it as an issue in its own right and has specific plans. Schumer tacks it on to every issue (‘Trump is ending democracy but what about egg prices!’) that make other issues feel less serious and his affordability message seem clearly cynical.

I think he’s referring to the part about ‘holding all the extremists responsible,’ which…you think Hakeem Jeffries will do that?

Any Coen brother movie. Love so many of them. Just rewatched True Grit a couple nights ago and forgot how fun it was.

Yes, I am the one who needs to grow up in this interaction. Perfect, you nailed it.

Is it then your position that blind people are incapable of “engaging with the reality of the situation?”

Of course they can - you’re just being rude and extremely insensitive.

You can agree or disagree with the value of watching the video but why would you share it directly in response to someone asking you not to share it?
January 9, 2026 at 7:53 PM
Of course they always have been, but things don't always break through.

I agree that ICE killing anyone is obviously a tragedy and deserves outrage, but also think it's fair to highlight that ICE is using violence beyond their stated immigration enforcement. That there is an unaccountable militia targeting citizens, in addition to undocumented people, is noteworthy.
January 8, 2026 at 4:04 PM
What the hell is wrong with you? Is this the time to talk about what immigration enforcement *should* do??? I hate you.

Malpractice.

Also which friend - need to make sure I'm following him.

I think the real strategy and thing Amazon learned is that they should not be overly reliant on any single municipal or regional government, and their actions since have been more about reducing that risk.

60k in one city was wild - MSFT only has 13k in Redmond!
November 20, 2025 at 11:44 PM
I mean, isn’t it still 50k to 14k? Obviously net new HC seems to be going elsewhere but presence still large.

I also don’t know that if Amazon gets as large as Seattle somewhere else, the politics in that city remain the same.

The Slurs! What a team name. Also it was blurry for me too - hated it.
November 19, 2025 at 3:12 AM
Don’t love that
November 16, 2025 at 4:25 AM
This is such bullshit.

Dem voters: please fight the real dangers.

Dem leaders: *capitulate and allow the real dangers to get worse.*

Dem voters: what the hell?

Dem leaders: please, we must stay united to fight the real dangers.
November 11, 2025 at 2:06 AM
Yeah man, we are mad you aren’t fighting the real dangers. That’s the whole point.

We need major structural reforms and solutions to solve America’s slide away from democracy, so to lead that let’s turn to…Chuck Schumer? In what world does that happen *without* primarying everyone?
November 10, 2025 at 7:52 AM
In what world are Chuck Schumer and the other dinosaurs leading the Democratic Party going to be the ones that lead this supposed constitutional reform and abolish the Senate? This an argument for primarying everyone.
