My plan:
Add 8 seats over the next 2 presidents, 4 at the start of each term.
Double the size of judiciary overall
Each circuit court sends up a judge to serve for 2 years, adding 12 seats that change every 2 years
This adds 20 seats - 17 permanent, 12 rotating

This seems politically useful to Mamdani? It's a largely symbolic policy that doesn't really move the needle that much. And blocking it like this makes it a much more powerful symbol of who is on which side of the right.

It's "as evident as day" that DHH is part of the cohort of tech leaders who cannot stop breaking laws and harming the vulnerable, including their workers. May they all get the accountability they deserve, and have every punishment visited upon them that they can't stop inflicting on the innocent.
