Based on David Brooks’ outfit and some other images of attendees at that event, I think the pictures are from the TED 2011 conference. Not a single one features both Epstein and Brooks, which kinda seems like the bare minimum requirement for controversy at a third-party event

These are professional photos. These images look like what you would get from an event photographer’s album and I think it’s probably important to separate “knew Jeffrey Epstein” and “once attended the same unspecified event as Jeffrey Epstein”

Yeah, the unclear meaning of “positional isomer” for designer drugs probably wouldn’t be an issue here if the law was less ambiguous about which subsection(s) it applies to. The case is really more about legal rather than chemical hair-splitting.
