Periodically rearranging my smartphone icons so I'm not stuck in my same patterns but having to make sure there's some sort of symmetry or at least stylized asymmetry if I can't get it perfectly symmetrical somehow

surely there must, by the 25th century, be a starfleet think tank for "animal diplomacy" and by that i mean

you dont have traditional diplomats for the Gorn, the Crystal Forms, or The Borg

they are sentient yes, but, encoding/decoding communication at scale and individually is differnt
