Seconding this: I’ve reported on ICE watchers in other cities, but I’ve been struck by just the sheer number of people I’m encountering out here who are publicly participating in ICE observation.

Wow. We are there. U.S. democracy is not 'in danger'. It's gone, checks & balances are destroyed.
Please do what you can. Write/phone legislators daily, protest, protect your neighbors if you can.
I do know most of Bluesky is already doing all that, and many do more behind the scenes.
