Trump wants to be Putin or MBS. He can't be that without control of a large source of oil. Look for the US to take over the Venezuelan oil fields and then turn control over to US companies controlled personally by Trump.

It is descriptive of a movement to impose restrictions and take away rights of people based upon a judgement of the superiority of their group over everybody else. It is a justification to discriminate. It is a slur just as Fascism and Nazi are slurs. Not as extreme, but the goal is the same.
