Breakfast and magazine shows used to be allowed more breaks though ads were limited from 7-9am in the way they are in primetime. Think that might have been lifted now.

Think I prefer more shorter breaks myself but every 10 minutes is really pushing it.

How I long to redesign its listings. The typography sucks - Interstate was designed for road signs, not newspapers and magazines. Radio pages are just messy, and well, its never been the same since the September 1993 revamp.

I don't really get why they're lumped together in that regard - Amber's career is in West End musicals but Lewis's was a small role in Billy Elliott as a kid and an apperance on a Sky dance show - his adult career on stage has been generally plays.
