ESPN studio shows ran the ESPN Bet ad every ~10m (more often on Monday Night Countdown etc) for a very long time. They abruptly removed the Bottom Line yesterday at 9:19:07 EDT. It returned ten minutes later, WITH THE ESPN BET ad, & stayed there for 2 more minutes. The ad hasn't been seen since.
