There are a lot of reasons to like sports, but the thing that draws me in is the opportunity to watch Things Not Go The Way They Are Supposed To.

Trump has served a default on the folks running the public project so he can take the course and turn the national park courses into, it seems obvious, a high end private course administered by his own golf company

D.C. public golf is in the capable hands of National Links Trust, and it should stay that way. The Trump Administration should not commandeer a long-term project with a clear vision.

There should never be any neutral-site college football games except for the annual national championship in the Rose Bowl
my feeling watching the pregame scenes this weekend is that nothing before the semifinals should ever be at a bowl site again, and probably it should just be the national championship game. bowls, we appreciate your service and your watch has ended
