1/ #Cornwall's out-of-hours GP services were contracted out to Serco a few years ago.

It was an absolute disaster, as my wife and I found out to our cost.

Eventually, after whistleblowers raised the alarm, this led to a report by the National Audit Office, and its findings were shocking...

Politicians and journalists who talk of “growth” and “consumers” are part of the problem of climate change.

Their choice of words shows they absolutely don’t get it.

That mad cunt is talking about invading Britain. And the right wing press, who spent the last few years banging on about their love of sovereignty, seems entirely indifferent.

Questions for Starmer:

1) where do you think staff in the private sector come from? (Spoiler, it's from the NHS)

2) why would we invest in the private sector as a preference to investing directly in the NHS?

Dear Keir Starmer,

The public has never been asked about privatising the NHS, let alone given its permission.

All evidence is that NHS privatisations is more expensive and has poorer outcomes for patients.

Where is your voter mandate for doing what you are doing?
Keir Starmer just announced "a new agreement that will expand the relationship between the NHS and the private healthcare sector"

NO NO NO

Privatisation is BAD news for patients:

🤑£10 million a week wasted on private profits
🤑NHS Trusts still being ripped off by PFI deals
